Resale Platform | Season Ticket Holders

Can't make it to a match? Don’t let your seat go to waste!

With our new resale platform, Season Ticket holders can now resell their tickets if they can’t attend a game. 

You'll receive from 60% of the ticket value back as credit once it has been purchased, which can be used towards next year’s season ticket or any other ticketed events at Sandy Park. It’s a great way to keep the stadium full while ensuring you are able to maximise the value of your season ticket package.

How to Resell Your Season Ticket?

1. Log into your account using this link: https://resale.exeterchiefs.co.uk. Once logged in, select ‘My Account’ and then click on the ‘Resell Tickets’ option from the right-hand menu.

2. Choose the match or ticket you want to resell and click the 'Resell 1 Ticket' button.

3. Review your order, agree to the terms and conditions, and then click the Put on Sale button. (Any money from the resale will be credited to the account you are logged in with.)

4. If you want to remove your ticket from resale, go to Tickets, find the game you listed, and click Cancel Resale.

5. Your ticket will then be returned to your season ticket, allowing you to use it on the match day.

6. Important: If you resell your ticket and it is sold (or you don’t cancel it), your season ticket will not work at the turnstiles.

7. You will receive an email when you list a ticket for resale and another email once it has been sold.

8. Credit will only be applied to your account after the ticket has been purchased.
