International rugby is returning to Sandy Park this Autumn with a mouth-watering fixture for England Women at the home of the Exeter Chiefs.
Returning to Devon for the first time since 2019, the Red Roses will kick-off their four-game Test series here in Devon with the visit of New Zealand on Sunday, October 31 (2:30pm).
Simon Middleton's side take on New Zealand, firstly at Sandy Park, before a second meeting with the Black Ferns at Franklin’s Gardens, Northampton on Sunday, November 7 (2:45pm).
England then return to Twickenham Stoop to host third-ranked in the world Canada on Sunday, November 14 (2:30pm), before their final Test is a meeting with USA at Worcester Warriors’ Sixways home ground on Sunday, November 21 (2:45pm).
Tickets for the game at Sandy Park will be available from 11am on Friday, September 10 via the Exeter Chiefs ticket hub.
Red Roses head coach Middleton said: “Going to Exeter has proven to be a huge success in the Test matches we’ve had there to date. The atmosphere in the ground and the way they promote the games is second to none. The buzz we get from just arriving at the stadium on a match-day, it makes the hairs stand up on the back of your neck. It’s brilliant to be going back there."
Tony Rowe OBE, Chairman & Chief Executive, Exeter Rugby Club said: “As a club we are delighted to be welcoming the Red Roses back to Devon again this season. As we have seen over the years, including creating a record-breaking crowd here at Sandy Park back in 2019, plus the creation of our own women's team into the Premier 15s, there is a real hunger and passion for the women's game here in the region.
“Sandy Park has proven over the years that it’s a venue fit for hosting international fixtures, so we’re fully expecting another capacity crowd and the people of the area to come out in force and support England Women.”
