Improving your match-day experience at Sandy Park

We are always looking to provide better service on match-days, therefore we are improving the system of the Loyalty Discount Scheme on Sandy Park’s bars and catering outlets.

We feel that the current process where you load money onto your Season Cards to gain 5% discount is dated and slow, particularly now contactless software is installed throughout the stadium.

However, you will be still be able to get 5% discount on all drinks and food purchased at the stadium on match-days.

We will be removing the facility allowing you to load cash onto your card and replacing it with 5% discount applied on presentation of your card to the vendor. We believe this will speed up service at all outlets on match-days.

The new system will be in operation from the Northampton Saints fixture on Saturday, 29th April.

You will be able to spend any remaining funds on cards at this game, however you will be unable to add any more money.

All customers who have money remaining on their cards at the end of the season will get this refunded.
