Kenny Joins URC Side Ospreys on Loan

Prop James Kenny has joined Welsh United Rugby Championship [URC] side, Ospreys, on loan effective immediately.

A product of the Chiefs’ highly successful Academy programme, the 24-year-old earlier developed his rugby skills under the tutelage of coaches at Bicton and Exeter College.

In previous seasons Kenny tested himself with Exeter Braves in the Premiership Rugby Shield and with time spent on dual-registration with Plymouth Albion in National One.

More recently, Kenny appeared for the Chiefs in the Premiership Rugby Cup and was dual-registered with Cornish Pirates in the RFU Championship before being brought back into the first team fold during the 2021/22 season. Kenny has made 33 Chiefs appearances to date.
