Tom Foley will take charge of Sunday's Gallagher Premiership Round 3 match between Worcester Warriors and Exeter Chiefs at Sixways (3pm).
Jack Makepeace and Simon McConnell will assist from the touchlines in what will be Foley’s 69th game in the top flight.
Television Match Official duties will be undertaken by Stuart Terheege, while Dave Guyan is named as citing officer.
Foley last took charge of a Chiefs match in the Premiership back in February, when he oversaw Exeter's 52-20 victory over Leicester Tigers at Welford Road.
