Exeter Chiefs newcomer Lori Cramer is set for her first Rugby World Cup start after being named in the Australian Women’s side to face Scotland tomorrow in Whangarei.

Having come off the bench in their opening game defeat to hosts New Zealand, the 29-year-old will line-up at full-back for the Wallaroos.

Cramer is set to line-up in attacking back three which also includes Bienne Terita and Maya Stewart, who has just made her long-awaited return from a serious ACL injury at the start of the year.

“The team is incredibly excited to welcome Maya Stewart for her debut this weekend,” said head coach Jay Tregonning. “Her journey has been remarkable - coming back from an ACL injury is never easy, but Stewart has done it with a smile on her face the whole way through.

“As a team, we’ve analysed our performance against New Zealand, refocused our goals and are looking for the win this weekend.”

Tregonning has kept a settled side from last week's opener against the Black Ferns with Shannon Parry once again captaining the side.

Eva Karpani is the other change to the starting side, select in the front row alongside Adiana Talakai and Liz Patu.
