Chiefs out to shine on World stage

Exeter Chiefs will provide six of the 78 players from the Gallagher Premiership who have been selected for 12 different nations at this year’s Rugby World Cup, which kicks-off on Friday in Japan.
Luke Cowan-Dickie, Jack Nowell and Henry Slade all form part of England’s 31-man squad for the tournament, while Tomas Francis (Wales), Stuart Hogg (Scotland) and Nic White (Australia) are also set to feature in the Far East.
Defending Premiership champions Saracens have the league’s biggest representation with 15 players set to miss the opening weeks of the 2019/20 domestic season.
