Exeter Chiefs will kick-off their Champions Cup campaign for the 2023/24 season in Pool Three with a trip across the English channel to face French Top 14 side, RC Toulon.
The two European heavyweights are due to clash at the Stade Felix Mayol in Round One, which will take place on Saturday, December 9 (2pm CET).
It will be the first meeting of the two clubs since 2013 when they again met in the Champions Cup. Toulon - who were packed with star-studded names such as Jonny Wilkinson, Ali Williams, Bryan Habana, Bakkies Botha and Matt Giteau - won both fixtures, winning 14-9 at Sandy Park and 32-20 at the Stade Felix Mayol.
A week later, another of the top Champions Cup teams will be heading to Devon with Munster the visitors to Sandy Park on Sunday, December 17 (1pm).
The Chiefs have enjoyed some hard-fought battles against the reigning Pro 14 champions over the years and this latest match-up promises to be another epic encounter.
Into the New Year and the Chiefs will once again be up against familiar foes, this time Glasgow Warriors, a side they have faced multiple times in Europe's top competition.
Rob Baxter's side will play host to the Scotsmen on Saturday, January 13 (1pm) at Sandy Park, before travelling to France a week later for their final fixture in the Pool stages against Bayonne on Sunday, January 21 (6:30pm CET).
