Gloucester Rugby have today confirmed the news that the Premiership Rugby A League fixture with Exeter Braves will be played at Malmesbury Road, the home of Royal Wootton Bassett RFC on Monday, 18 December (7.30pm)
The Cherry and Whites expressed a drive to take their A League games on the road to local clubs, an ambition matched by Premiership Rugby, and the first of these games will see them call Malmesbury Road their home to take on the Devon club in their Round Six fixture.
The club recognised the large number of supporters that travel regularly from the Swindon, and Wiltshire area, and are delighted to be taking the game to Wootton Bassett RFC and the strengthening of the relationship between the club and its local clubs.
Exeter Braves are unbeaten in the A League so far this season, having recorded victories over Harlequins, Bristol United and London Irish in their opening three games.
