Rugby supporters attending the two rugby fixtures at Sandy Park over the Bank Holiday weekend by train should take note of the following information.
Due to scheduled works on the line between Exeter and Exmouth, Great Western Railway are advising customers to allow extra travel time for Sunday’s Aviva Premiership clash with Wasps (1pm) and Monday’s A League final against Northampton (3:30pm).
Limited shuttle buses will be in operation across the weekend setting down at both Digby & Sowton and Newcourt stations prior to the matches.
GWR officials have confirmed they will implement the following post-match procedure:
Customers for Topsham, Exton, Lympstone Village and Exmouth MUST use Newcourt station for return travel.
Customers for Polsloe Bridge, St James’ Park, Exeter and beyond MUST use Digby & Sowton station for return travel.
For information and full schedule, supporters should visit: www.GWR.com
Supporters travelling to Sunday's game by car are advised to use the off-site parking facility at Westpoint Arena. This can be pre-booked at a cost of £7 per vehicle via the official club website, otherwise it is £10 on the day.
For Monday's final, Sandy Park will have limited paid parking available on a first come, first served basis - after which supporters are advised to use either Digby or Sowton 30 parking.
