Teams sought for Land Rover Cup
Excitement is building after it was confirmed today that the 2015 Land Rover Premiership Cup – run in conjunction with the Exeter Chiefs Community department – will take place on Sunday, October 4.
Teams are now being sought for the Under-11 and Under-12 grassroots rugby festival, which will again take place at Exhibition Field, home of Exeter Saracens RFC.
The competition – which is now entering into it’s sixth year with the Chiefs – is part of a series of nationwide tournaments which provide aspiring young players with the opportunity to develop their skills in a professionally organised environment, in a fantastically run festival with their local Premiership Rugby club.
The tournament provide the unique chance for the participating players to meet Exeter Chiefs players who will be supporting the teams and offering coaching tips in between games.

Since it’s inception, the Land Rover Premiership Rugby Cup has seen over 60,000 children take part from all over the country.
So, get involved and support the young stars of your local clubs, in developing their skills, abilities and supporting them to participate in regular sporting activity.
Land Rover is committed to the development of rugby at grassroots level. This can be witnessed through their sponsorship of the Premiership Rugby Academy, as well as the provision of a Land Rover Discovery 4 to each of the Premiership Rugby clubs’ Community Departments.
Interested teams are asked to email Chiefs’ Community Development Manager Marc Dibble as quickly as possible as both age groups tend to fill up quickly.
