Keep your child fit and active this summer by signing them up today to one of the many Exeter Chiefs Summer Camps taking place across the region.

Junior camps cater for all abilities and welcome both boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 14.

Utilising our experienced, qualified and award-winning coaches from the Chiefs Community Team, we are able to incorporate a vast range of techniques and skills included in the ever evolving game of rugby.

From tag rugby to contact, players of all abilities will have the opportunity to get the latest rugby tips straight from the top and develop both their core and position-specific rugby skills.

Whether it be a day, two-day or three-day course, the Chiefs Community team will create a professional, safe and friendly environment in which players of any ability can enjoy their rugby training.

At the same time, youngsters will be taught all of the core values that Exeter Chiefs head coach Rob Baxter drives into all of our professional players.

Our summer campers can expect to receive constructive feedback on all courses, advising strengths to the game and areas of improvement which will enable individuals to further their personal development.

All of our camps skills session will focus on:

- Handling - The basic principles
- Decision Making - The fundamentals of game understanding, evasion and attacking play
- Contact - Tackle technique, rucking, mauling and defensive systems
- Running - The principles of speed and agility
- Team Building - A vital element that means the difference between victory and defeat

With courses throughout July and August, there really is no better way for an aspiring youngster to hone their rugby skills.

JULY 24/25 - North Petherton RFC - £25 for one day, £40 for two days

JULY 27 - Redruth RFC - £30

JULY 29 - Exeter Chiefs, Sandy Park - £25

AUGUST 5 - Honiton RFC - £25

AUGUST 10/11/12 - Paignton Community College - £25 for one day, £40 for two days, £65 for three days

AUGUST 18 - Bude RFC - £25

AUGUST 24/25 - Redruth RFC - £40 for both days

AUGUST 24/25 - Winscombe RFC - £40 for both days

AUGUST 27/28 - Exeter Chiefs, Sandy Park - £40 for both days
