New look Chiefs Community team

Exeter Chiefs will have a new look to their Community department ahead of the 2015/16 season after three new faces were added to the team.
Richard Bright and Aron Struminski have both joined as Community Development coaches, whilst Gareth Williams is to be the lead coach for the club's HITZ programme.
The arrival of the trio mean the community department, which is headed up by Development Manager, Marc Dibble, is now five-strong with Andrew Dudley continuing in his role as Community Delivery Manager.
In welcoming the new arrivals, Dibble said: "Since our arrival into the Aviva Premiership back in 2010, we have seen the community department here at the Chiefs grow year on year.
"The work we now do across the region not only helps to bring community rugby to the masses, but it helps to also educate and keep youngsters activity in a series of fun-filled environments.
"This last year alone we helped to deliver our wide range of programmes, camps and training courses to over 12,000 young people."
As well as Community Camps and bespoke training, the Chiefs Community team will be delivering no less than seven different programmes this season. These include the highly successful Aviva Tackling Numbers, Something to Chew On and HITZ programmes, as well as BME, Women and Girls, Land Rover Premiership Cup, White Line Fever and On The Front Foot.
