Ulster ticket details released
By Mark Stevens
Exeter Chiefs have today received ticket details for their upcoming pre-season friendly away to Ulster Rugby.
Rob Baxter's side will travel to Ravenhill Stadium on Friday, August 22 (7.30pm) to face the established Rabodirect Pro12 outfit in the second of their three warm-up games ahead of the 2014/15 season.
It will mark the first occasion that the two clubs have met in competitive action, but there are playing links between both sides as Ian Whitten, Gareth Steenson and Ryan Caldwell have all previously been associated with the Irish province, whilst current Ulster forwards Dan Tuohy and Lewis Stevenson are themselves former Chiefs.
Tickets for Ulster versus Exeter Chiefs will go on sale on via www.ticketmaster.ie and the Ulster Rugby website on Monday, 23rd June at 10am.

Ahead of that fixture, the Chiefs will kick-off their pre-season campaign with a trip to Wales where they will tackle Cardiff Blues at the Arms Park on Friday, August 15 (7.30pm).
The Chiefs defeated their rivals twice in last season's Heineken Cup and another keenly fought contest is expected to unfold in the Welsh capital.
As yet ticket details are not available for this game, but keeps tabs on both the Chiefs and Cardiff Blues websites for information.
In their final pre-season game, head to Sixways to meet Dean Ryan’s Worcester Warriors side in another 7.30pm kick-off on Friday, August 29.
Commenting on the fixtures, head coach Baxter said: “Preparing for any season is always vital and that’s why it’s important that we give ourselves some notable tests ahead of what we know will be another big year, both in the Premiership and in Europe.
“Obviously we had two terrific European games against Cardiff Blues this year; Worcester we know all about from facing them in the Premiership over the last few years and Ulster, although we haven’t played them before, are a quality side and have some top level performers within their squad.
“Like any pre-season you want to get as much as possible out of it – and we feel these three fixtures will certainly put us in a great position to attack next season.”
