Chiefs trio head to Albion
By Mark Stevens
Exeter Chiefs have today allowed three of their highly-rated youngsters to join Championship side Plymouth Albion on dual-registered terms for the new 2014/15 season.
England Under-20s winger Jack Arnott (pictured) will return to the Brickfields for a third successive season - and he will be joined by back-row forward Sam Simmonds and prop Dan Pullinger.
Plymouth-born Arnott featured 12 times for Albion last season before his season was cut short due to a shoulder injury.
Simmonds, meanwhile, is fighting fit again after he missed part of last season due to a serious knee injury. The 19-year-old forward will offer Albion options across the back-row having shown some encouraging form last term whilst featuring for Brixham.
Like Simmonds, Pullinger - a product of the club's Academy link with Bicton College - will be sampling Championship rugby for the first time. He has, however, gained valuable game time in the National Leagues having spent last season with Exmouth.
