Braves side to face Welsh
By Mark Stevens
Exeter Braves kick-off their home campaign in this season's Aviva Premiership A League when they play host to London Welsh at Sandy Park (7.30pm).
Having started with a 50-24 loss against Saracens at Allianz Park a week ago, the Braves will be looking to get back on track at the first attempt against the visiting Exiles.
Certainly the Braves have a strong line-up to choose from as coaches Rob Hunter and Ricky Pellow welcome back the likes of Elvis Taione, Sireli Naqelevuki, James Scaysbrook and Don Armand up front; whilst behind Pat Phibbs and Ceri Sweeney form an established half-back pairing.
Additional attacking options out wide are bolstered by the return of wingers Fetu'u Vainikolo and Jack Nowell with Tom James also amongst the squad on the replacements bench.
Season Ticket, Gold Card and 1905 members can gain FREE entry to tonight's fixture, admission for all others is £10 for adults and £5 for students/Under-16s.
Food and drink will be available in the County Suite prior and during tonight's match.
