Chiefs team up with SKINS
Leading Compression Wear Company SKINS is delighted to announce a partnership with top Aviva Premiership club Exeter Chiefs that will see them become the club's official supplier of ‘Compression and Therapeutic’ garments for the 2013/14 season.
The deal means that SKINS will exclusively supply the club's players with the latest technology-driven compression garments which are scientifically proven to enhance performance and recovery while training or playing, and after exercise.
SKINS' UK General Manager, David Ling said: “We're delighted to have joined forces with one of England's foremost rugby clubs and to be able to supply the players with a product that will scientifically support their match preparations and their post-game recovery during another competitive season.
“We’re very excited about the opportunity of working with Exeter Chiefs as they look to build on another successful season in both the Premiership and the Heineken Cup. We’re confident that the partnership will be mutually beneficial as we both strive for excellence."
Mark Twiggs, Head of Strength & Conditioning for the Chiefs, said: “As a club we are delighted to be teaming up with SKINS ahead of what promises to be another big season for us. As we know from past experiences, playing in the Premiership and in Europe is relentless and the need to recover is a vital ingredient for any player.”
“What SKINS offer in terms of their compression clothing is key to ensuring our players not only recover properly, both after training and games themselves, but that they feel comfortable and fully prepared ahead of fixtures.”
