Chiefs launch 2013/14 kits
Exeter Chiefs, alongside manufacturers Samurai Sportswear, have today launched the club's new playing strips for the 2013/14 season.
Unveiled at the club's official Season Launch held at Sandy Park, supporters were able to get their first glimpse of the Chiefs players in their new attire.
The new Chiefs playing shirts are engineered using Samurai Sportswear’s advanced Iconix fabric, providing the ultimate rugby shirt. The unique fabric sculpts the body increasing circulation to improve muscle recovery and it's high modulus extension works in harmony with the body to enhance dynamic movements with a muscle defining fit.
The exclusive fabric features Performex moisture management technology to keep the players cool and dry by channelling sweat away from the body.
The Samurai graphics team have worked hard to create the next generation of Exeter Chiefs designs, building on the hugely popular European shirts from previous seasons to create a truly iconic and eye-catching design for this season's Heineken and LV= Cup campaigns.
The shirts also feature an integral GPS pouch on the nape of the neck, enabling Rob Baxter and his coaches to use the latest real-time performance tracking systems to monitor and adapt tactics as games progress.
